We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that you may have to pay custom fees when they arrive to your country (this is extremely rare).

•What is your return policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, returns must be requested by emailing [email protected] within fourteen days of the product's arrival. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We offer free returns if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of our fault. If such a problem is present, please inform us at [email protected] within two weeks of receiving

•Can I change or cancel my order

Sorry! We don't do cancellations! Orders are considered final. However, if we have not processed (different from shipped) your order yet, we may or may not be able to change it. We usually allow a minimum of twelve hours before shipping out products. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your reasons for change or cancellation and we may be able to provide a solution (e.g. redelivery to new address, change of color, etc.). 

•My order has not arrived yet. Why?

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, please contact us at [email protected] we can help reship your order or refund it!
